Privacy Policy

We collect the minimum data we need to run the Service, hold it for the shortest period that makes sense, and never sell it. This page is the plain-English explanation; the more formal contractual terms live in our Terms of Service.

1. What we collect

  • Wallet address — the public Ethereum address you sign in with. Required to look up your Polymarket positions and to submit orders on your behalf.
  • Bracket configuration— the markets you’ve set TP/SL on, your trigger prices, and the resulting Activity log.
  • Alert preferences — what you want pinged about, and at what threshold.
  • Telegram link (optional) — your Telegram chat ID, if you opt in to Telegram alerts. Stored only to deliver messages.
  • Anonymised analytics — page views, click events on CTAs, and aggregate Lighthouse metrics. No IP storage, no fingerprinting.

2. What we don’t collect

  • Your private key. Ever. Polymarket signing keys live in a Privy enclave.
  • Your real-world identity. We don’t do KYC.
  • Your IP address (we use a privacy-first analytics tool).
  • Your browsing history outside this Site.

3. Where it lives

Application data is stored in Supabase, hosted in the EU. Signing keys are stored in AWS Nitro Enclaves via Privy. Analytics data is held by our analytics provider in aggregate form only.

4. Who we share with

We share data with:

  • Polymarket — only to the extent required to submit orders to its CLOB on your behalf.
  • Privy — our wallet-signing provider. They never see your trade data, only the orders we ask them to sign.
  • Telegram— only if you’ve linked Telegram alerts, and only the message bodies we send to your chat.

We do not sell data. We do not share data with advertisers. We do not run third-party trackers.

5. Your rights

You can request a copy of all data we hold on you, ask us to delete it, or revoke the signing key at any time. Email contact@unusualbets.com with the subject line DATA REQUEST.

6. Cookies

We use a single cookie to keep you signed in to the dashboard. The marketing site (this Site) ships no tracking cookies.

7. Children

The Service is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

8. Changes

We’ll update this page when we change our practices. Material changes will be highlighted at the top of this page.
